Spot reduction and other methods might brag about how successful they have been. But, on the contrary, fat is lost throughout the body in proportions depending upon your genes, sex and age. You may notice, you lose fat in some areas relatively faster than others. This is not cause of a particular exercise but of your genetic selective pattern. This is the reason why men gain weight in their abdominal region whereas women gain weight in their gluteus region.

Another popular myth states that the muscle gained during the training turns into fat after you discontinue. This is absolutely a charade. Muscles and fats are two different and independent features. If you stop exercising, the muscles will shrink because the stimuli has been put to an end. The proportion of fat comparatively increases, hence the look.

Our world has been introduced to a new era of size-zero and the trend is catching up like a plague amongst the teens. They prefer green salads over the rich gravy foods. It is irrelevant how they look or what they weigh. They keep comparing themselves with their slender classmates and hence are always depressed.

The world should promote healthier diet and less implementation of anorexic clothing. People should understand too much of everything is fatal, even weight loss. Balance redefines beauty, a balanced diet, a balanced weight, and a beautiful you.

There is one simple but rock solid trick which can help cheat your body to burn down fats much faster. The cheapest and the most essential part of life, water. Consumption of water helps your body lose the toxins which are slowing down your metabolic rate. At the same time, it improves body`s fat burning process.

Waiting is frustrating, but weight loss plans are not a temporary-fix. It is a long term honest commitment.
