They are water and fibers. By choosing the right food you will automatically lose weight. Spinach and other green leafy vegetables are very good for your health. And with that they dissolve the fat in your body. When you take spinach and lettuce in your diet, they make your stomach full and you do not feel hungry throughout the day. When you are not hungry then the craving for unhealthy food like pastries, cookies, ice creams etc. reduces and hence saving you from those extra calories. These also have high amount of iron, folic acid, vitamin A, B, C and E. So make lots of club sandwiches stuffed with these vegetables which will at least make you eat these vegetables. In turn you will get a lot of help in reducing your body's excess fat. It is a good source of fiber and is very good for health. The calories are less and that is the reason you do not increase on your fat, rather you end up reducing it. Make exercising a daily practice This is the most difficult task for majority of people. But if you set goals that are small and achievable then your enthusiasm to go for a walk or to the gym will always be there. Start taking stairs instead of elevator, do your own work than dictating is to someone else. Exercising with proper diet will only help you to have a flat stomach. Drink plenty of water to flush toxins out of your body and keep you hydrated. Make sure you do not eat in bulk. Spread your meal throughout the day. Small meals are easy to digest and your digestion is at a very high metabolic rate, which burns more calories. Eat proper food, exercise and stay happy with yourself. This is needed to be healthy.
