Do You Have The Mind Set To Achieve Fat Loss?


The mindset to successful weight loss

If your struggling with losing weight, chances are that at one point in your life you have had success with it. It's important to note your mind state when you have had success in losing body fat. Why, because it tells us everything we need to know to get your mind back to where it needs to be.

Now if uncovering what made you lose weight in the past is not something easy we need to note that you lost weight because you were trying to find the "new and improved you". You ever wonder why that weight loss did not stick?

I am ready to reveal what makes: fat people skinny again and what makes skinny people stay skinny.

It all has to do with how your mind is feeling. No there is no such thing as fat genetics, I am sorry but you are meant to be; lean and strong, and the only thing keeping you from that point is your mind.

Fat people who stay skinny

All have something in common. They woke up one day and realized that they have more love to give to themselves than what they had been giving. So they took action in eating a healthy life style. There is one really important resemblance with these people though, they enjoyed the journey of losing the body fat, they never butchered themselves and sabotaged there brain with thoughts of failure. They were proud of their accomplishments and continued to move forward because positive thought creates positive action.

Fat people who get skinny and bounce

They woke up one day wanting change fast, they would do what it takes to get to where they want. They figure when they get to where they want they will finally be happy. This is negative change in the disguise of positive change. They feel that they are finally taking positive action to get to where they want to be but they don't realize that in order for change to happen you have to be happy with yourself at any point of the journey. The reason being because negative thought cannot possibly manifest into any sort of result. Therefore they experience hiccups through the entire journey.

Skinny People who stay skinny

Never had a negative thought about their body to begin with so why would a problem occur? They watched what they ate because they had love for their body and love for their health. They did not eat to cover emotion, they did not stuff their face because they loved food. They loved themselves therefore no negative side effects have come up.

No matter where you are within the three categories above you can easily get to where you want to be by simply changing your mind state. If you love where you are now, no matter what shape or size you will have greater success in achieving your desires.

Just because you are overweight now doesn't mean you can't love yourself and get to where you want to be. Many times people get confused that they have to be unhappy and disturbed before any change will happen. This might be the case at first but the road is normally longer than what we perceive in the beginning and if you can love yourself throughout the trip your going to get farther than beating yourself up!
