Weight Loss: We Are Not Only What We Eat!


Many of you have probably heard the expression "you are what you eat". Partly, it has some sense, but in global terms food is only element of our life process. Do not think that the appearance of your body is completely dependent on the characteristics of food. This article will discuss the factors that have a direct impact on the design of your figure, and in particular weight loss.

Thousands of enthusiasts had studied dozens of diets and systems, then tried to apply them in practice and disappointed by the result fell into frustrated despair. The body in many ways shows the status of the organism as a whole. That is why many illnesses leave their mark on the appearance of man. Before you'll begin to lose weight according to some plan, make sure that those extra pounds are not the result of the disease. If obesity was provoked "inside" the body, then you should start from there! Meanwhile, let's say a few words about the impact of lifestyle on your appearance. Imagine that you on Monday and Sunday were eating exactly the same products in the same time. Now it is not just about diets, but the usual meal. So, on Sunday you woke up later and half-day lain on the couch, while Monday was very heavy working day. Despite identical food, your weight on Monday evening and Sunday evening would have been far from identical.

Of course, this is a very rough example, but it helps to emphasize the statement: in the weight loss crucial point is the proportion between the amount of received nutrients and the amount of energy spent by the body. If you do not keep this proportion in mind, then weight loss can bring you a lot of grief and frustration.
