Best Weight Loss Plan - Eat Well and Exercise a Little


The best weight loss plan won´t include starving yourself to death or working out until you are blue in the face, in fact both of these could result in your body being irreparably damaged. How many skinny people do you know that eat whatever they want and don´t put on any weight. You can be sure that none of them have ever been on a diet. And that is the answer!

The biggest problem with diets is that they are not really meant to work - you are a repeat customer and the diet industry wants you coming back for more. The best weight loss plan is not a weight loss plan at all so you should forget about being on a diet. All you need to do is to change a few simple lifestyle choices including eating more regularly, but reducing your portions proportionately. By doing this, you will ensure that your body never feels threatened into storing your food intake as fat reserves ever again.

The main reason that people fail to lose weight or maintain their weight loss is because a restricted diet often forces the body to click into survival mode. Eating far less than you usually do, in effect, starves your body and affects the way in which it deals with the food you eat. It lowers your metabolism which is the rate at which your stored energy is naturally burnt off and not only does it prevent you from losing weight right now, but in the future too, making it harder to maintain your ideal weight.

The best weight loss plan exercise program should involve a gradual increase in activity starting with just 15 minutes of cardiovascular workouts as regularly as your body can maintain. While your body gets used to having more oxygen to operate with and quality food as fuel, you can begin to think about resistance training which will reduce your fat reserves further. Resistance training is renowned for its "after burn" which means that even after your exercises are done and dusted for the day, you´ll continue to burn off fat at a faster rate.

Your best weight loss plan will also include a wide range of effective tips to increasing your weight loss even faster. There are numerous easy to follow tips that the industry just won´t tell you about, so instead of asking the guru, who make money from you, or other dieters, who obviously aren´t successful, it may be time to listen to someone else.
